Established in the year 2007, Biotech Chemicals has gained a strong foothold as a prominent Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Construction Chemicals in Manipal (Karnataka). Our wide range of Construction Chemicals comprises of Cement Waterproof Admixture, Tile Adhesive, Tile Joint Grout, Waterproof Coatings, Crack Fillers, Repair Mortar, Wall Putty and Cement Plasticiser. Mr. Shreedhara and Mr. Naveen, the General Managers of the company, both have an experience of 12 years in the market has taken the company to sky scrapping heights of success and we have attained immense trust and respect of the customers through ethical business approach propagated by them. Infrastructure We have state-of-the-art infrastructure covered over an area of 3500 Sq. ft. Here, we have installed advanced machinery such as ball mill, stirrer, blender, humidity chamber, compressive strength machine, permeability testing machine, shrink tunnel, liquid/powder/paste filler machine, strapping machine and other machines and lab equipment. With this, we have improved our production capacity to 10 metric ton per day that can be further increased up to 25 metric ton per day. All our testing facilities are in accordance with BIS standards. We also have R&D facilities where new products are developed on a regular basis. Quality Assurance We are a quality-centric organization, and we make sure that quality is never compromised at any circumstance. Owing to our stringent quality policies, we have got ISI Mark with IS 2645 : 2003 for our product Liquid and Powder Cement Waterproof Admixture. Our Factory has got ISO 9001-2008 CERTIFICATION for Manufacturing and Marketing of Construction Chemicals.
